About Tree's House Guest Accommodations
Classic country home – Great for large family gatherings
Tree's House Guest Accommodations is an elegant old farmhouse with a rich and fascinating history. The home, completed in 1912, is named after it's longest resident - Teresa Anderson, known by loved ones as "Tree". The house has retained it's cozy and quaint character and many guests feel like they have stayed at "Grandma's House".

Both spacious stories feature full furnishings with a vintage appeal and modern upgrades. 6 bedrooms are available, ranging in style and size to satisfy your need.
Whole house rental includes use of all spaces on the main floor (bedroom, living, dining, full kitchen, bathroom, sunroom and porch) and 5 upper level bedrooms and bathroom. The basement (separate entrance) is typically used only by the Manager but can be used for laundry by the guests under special arrangement.

Rates
The rates shown below are for rental of the entire house.
Summer Rate
$350 per night

Summer season in beautiful Chautauqua County is approximately from the weekend of Memorial Day until the end of September.
Fall Rate
$300 per night
​
Our colorful Fall season includes the months of October and November.
Winter/Spring Rate
$250 per night
​
Winter is magical in western New York with many activities and Spring is equally as wonderful. These seasons last from December until Memorial Day weekend.

Discounts are available for extended stays.
Christmas Holiday stays are at the full $350 rate.
There is an added cleaning fee of $150 per stay - no matter the length.
County Occupancy Tax of 5% is added.
